El mexicano que destaca en la lista de nominados al Oscar 2024

Este año, el evento conocido como “Barbenheimer” llegó a su fin con sorprendentes resultados. “Oppenheimer” del renombrado cineasta Christopher Nolan lidera la lista con 13 nominaciones, seguido de cerca por “Barbie” de Greta Gerwig con 8 nominaciones, y “Poor Things” como la segunda película más nominada, acumulando 11 nominaciones.

 

Entre las menciones especiales, récords y datos interesantes, también se destacan los logros de talentos mexicanos que dejaron huella en la escena cinematográfica internacional. Este año, el aclamado director de fotografía mexicano Rodrigo Prieto fue nominado en la categoría de Mejor Fotografía por su extraordinario trabajo en “Los asesinos de la Luna”. Prieto destacó a lo largo de su carrera, colaborando con importantes cineastas nacionales e internacionales y aportando una estética visual en cada proyecto.

 

 

Rodrigo Prieto cuenta con una amplia carrera cinematográfica que incluye colaboraciones con directores como Alejandro González Iñárritu en películas como “Amores Perros”, “21 gramos” y “Babel”, destacando su versatilidad visual. Además, ya había sido nominado al Óscar por su trabajo en “Brokeback Mountain” de Ang Lee, así como su participación en “Silence” y “El Irlandés” de Martin Scorsese.

 

Este año, Rodrigo Prieto vuelve a ser nominado los Óscares, esta vez gracias a su trabajo en "Los asesinos de la Luna". Sin embargo, la competencia en la categoría de Mejor Fotografía incluye a "El conde", "Maestro", "Oppenheimer" y "Poor Things".
